New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Sightline Windows & Doors Pompano Beach pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
1. Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
2. Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.
3. Prepare your home for install
Before install day we walk you through a short checklist - furniture pulled back, treatments down, a clear path to each opening - so install day is watch-it-happen, not scramble.

Meet the Pompano Beach Team Behind Sightline Windows & Doors Pompano Beach
Every window and door we install in Pompano Beach passes through the hands of this crew. They’re the people who measure your rough opening to the sixteenth, call out frame rot before it becomes your problem, and leave a photo record that matches the written scope you signed. What unites them isn’t a slogan. It’s the Haven Standard, applied the same way on job 1 or job 18,000.
Our People

Sonia Raman, Owner
I started Sightline in 2012 after watching too many homeowners in Broward County get a verbal “ballpark” that somehow doubled once the old window was out. That doesn’t happen here. Haven Clause 1 means the measurement and the quote are the same document, and I review every scope before it goes out. I keep a set of calipers in my truck because I’ve seen too many “standard” openings that weren’t. When I’m not on-site, I’m usually arguing with a manufacturer rep about U-factor ratings for coastal zones. I live in Lighthouse Point, so the salt-air corrosion I warn customers about? It’s happening to my own hardware too.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with us six years and runs the crew on impact-rated installations from Hillsboro Beach down to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. He’s NAMI-certified for impact product installation and has a particular specialty with PGT and CGI frames in salt-air conditions, which means he knows exactly where the stainless fasteners go and why skipping them voids the warranty. Before he joined Sightline, he spent four years doing marine canvas work in Fort Lauderdale, so he’s unusually good at spotting water intrusion paths that start above the window and show up three feet below. Off the clock, he restores vintage motorcycles and applies the same tolerance obsession to crankshaft alignment.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena handles our custom and geometric window jobs, the ones where the rough opening isn’t rectangular and the flashing has to think in three dimensions. She’s certified with CWS and ES Windows for their architectural lines, and she’s the person we send when a Pompano Beach remodeler needs a trapezoid or radius unit to actually fit the hole the framer left. She started in residential trim carpentry, which shows in her jamb extensions and her intolerance for shims that don’t bear real weight. She’ll mention, without prompting, that she once found a carpenter’s level from 1987 inside a wall cavity in Old Pompano. She kept it.
Darnell K., Service Coordinator
Darnell answers the phones that ring at 10:47 PM when a customer notices water staining after a storm. He’s the one who dispatches the crew, confirms the measured survey is in the file, and makes sure the photo documentation gets uploaded before anyone leaves the driveway. He’s been with us four years and has the Haven Standard clauses memorized better than some of us who wrote them. He grew up in Deerfield Beach and still lives there, which means he understands the local permit office rhythms and knows which inspector will ask about the Miami-Dade NOA number first. He coaches youth basketball and applies the same substitution logic to crew scheduling: put the right person in for the specific situation.
Javi M., Apprentice Installer
Javi is in his second year with us and already handles standard vinyl replacement windows solo, though Marcus still checks his flashing tape patterns on impact jobs. He’s working toward his NAMI certification and has developed a specialty in Therma-Tru pre-hung door installations, particularly the multi-point locking systems that confuse homeowners until Javi demonstrates the lift-and-set motion three times. He was born in Hialeah and speaks Spanish with the customers who prefer it, which in Pompano Beach is a significant number of the homes we work in. He brings Cuban coffee to morning jobsites. The crew has learned not to schedule heavy lifting until after he’s arrived.
Before
AfterOne Standard, Every Job
The Haven Standard travels with us because it’s stamped on every engagement, not hung on a wall in some headquarters. Haven Clause 1: Have it in writing. Haven Clause 2: Arrive on schedule. Haven Clause 3: Verified crews, background-checked and uniformed, license number on the record before arrival. Haven Clause 4: Evidence on every job, the photo record you receive. Haven Clause 5: No surprises, meaning the written price before work starts is the price you pay.
We’ve installed more than 18,000 windows and doors since 2012. Every one of them had a written scope, a documented finish, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise behind it. Whether your job is a single vinyl replacement in a Pompano Beach condo or a full impact package for a new build on the Intracoastal, the same five clauses apply. The crew changes by the job requirements. The standard doesn’t.
Call (754) 253-0713 to schedule your free estimate. You’ll speak to a live person, 24/7. We’ll measure your opening, leave you the survey, and return a written price before any work starts.
